Fabulous Tour
Shelli, Just wanted to let you know that the Grand Alpine Tour you arranged for us was fabulous. I'm sure that we would have missed 90 percent of the sights if we had attempted to travel independently rather than a "tour group". Plus the cost was very affordable.
We had 44 in our group and a wonderful tour guide that had about 45 years experience.

In Feb. 2008, I had the opportunity to meet Ronnie Miller at National Travel Service in Lubbock Texas... thank goodness! I was attempting to plan my first ever cruise and I wanted it to be special. I was taking my husband and my mother in law and we would be celebrating Mother's Day. It was the first time for all of us to cruise. Not sure what to expect or what to look for even down to what type of room to book... I was so confused. I had never utilized a travel agency before but I called Ronnie and scheduled an appointment. I met with him and by the time I left his office EVERYTHING was taken care of. All I had to do now was sit back relax and count the days until we sailed! I had questions that came up along the way, like what other excursion we could do. He always had a wide range of recommendations and I felt very comfortable with him. I cannot tell you what a Fantastic time the 3 of us had on that once in a lifetime trip and I owe it the kindness, knowledge, and caring that Ronnie put into our trip planning... it was as if he were booking it for his own family!
I would recommend using NTS and Ronnie and have done so many times. In fact I am working with him once again this year for another great vacation for our family! Thanks for everything Ronnie and NTS!
